Valentine's Day Candy Boxes

Aren't these adorable?!

I had so much fun making them! Just one more reason I love a holiday - party favors!
Although this time it's not my party….
But I had my creative juices flowing, I had the supplies, and [miraculously] I had the time.



The supplies for this project came in a Close to My Heart Kit called "Whoo's Your Valentine".
Unfortunately I got it last year, and it's not sold anymore, but I still had the supplies waiting to be used, so I decided I'd bring these along for a mommy get-together to share with some friends. 

I tried to make each design unique, and also tried to incorporate words of some kind into each treat box. 

I'm really happy with how they turned out! 

Very valentine's-esque if you ask me. 

Then I filled each tube with various valentine themed candies that I picked up at the Bulk Barn and they were ready to go! 

This project would be easy to re-create without the scrapbooking kit too, if you got some boxes and tubes form Michaels, and some coordinating Valentine's paper colours. 

Makes for some great party favours!

I gave mine out as Valentine's and the kids loved them :)
