Two months

Eleanor is now 11lbs, 0.5oz., and 23 inches long

Her dark blue eyes have started to lighten. She never lost one hair from her head. Her dark brown colour has lightened ever so slightly. She's starting to show off some strength in those legs of hers, pushing against us and holding her body up for a few effortful seconds. She's smiling at mommy and daddy all the time. She sleeps for a six hour stretch, and even the occasional overnighter (Hallelujah!), but protests naps like its her job. She had her first cold last week. She's already wearing her 3 month clothes. She follows people around the room with her eyes, and demonstrates some serious head control. She is demanding. She knows what she wants and doesn't stop until she gets it. She has had play dates with lots of different little friends, although she's primarily just a passive observer of these events :)

She is growing up before our very eyes and we are enjoying every minute :)
